Deliberate counterintelligence attempts to further obfuscate the highly regarded open secret(s) of human / extraterrestrial communication(s) through meditative streams of thought within the science of conscioussness -- as specifically taught by Steven M. Greer, M. D. through his development and implementation of Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind (CE5) protocols utilizing human-initiated telepathy within the holographic structure of the Universe -- as additionally outlined by Dr. Greer through his illustrations contained within his 8-Slide Presentation, "Cosmos : The Holographic Consciouss Universe" and his oral presentation, "The Crossing Point of Light", uploaded onto YouTube in 18 Segments, are becoming more common during this 11th Hour phase of a "STORM" initiated in the 1940s or '50s. The US Intelligence Community has wilfully misled the US and Global Population regarding the capacity of the human mind, within obtaining higher states of consciousness and so-called "ESP" that are attainable to most human beings, experiencing healthy brain function and levels of consciousness.
The reason I stipulate this last requirement regarding brain function, is due to immense Federal Civil Rights and Universal Human Rights Violations initiated against my specific soul, as made obvious by Spring 2009.
The US Intelligence Community was likely complicit within the loss of my US apartment in 2009, forcing me into a homeless environment conducive to chronic levels of sleep deprivation. Within this same relative time frame, the United Nations' top official in charge of torture formally investigated the conditions under which the U.S. detained accused WikiLeaks leaker Bradley Manning -- including the use of specific "SLEEP DEPRIVATION PROGRAM" abuse tactics. I was able to locate and purchase requisite neuroscience to enable me to begin to hold various medically negligent medical professionals accountable for their actions, in January 2022. With an increased amount of souls implementing Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind (CE5) protocols within field practices, further establishing human-initiated peaceful contacts with advanced, enlightened 💯% peaceful extraterrestrial civilizations around the world while I post various enlightening challenges to war profiteer criminals' prospect of dominion within their unfolding of the eschatological cosmic hoax interplanetary "STORM" Armageddon scenario as planned over sixty years ago and I additionally initiate actions that will ensure an inability for the Intelligence Community to wrongfully remotely access and alter the content of specific electronically archived medical records without my knowledge or consent through their mechanations concealed within their unscrupulous use of the USA PATRIOT ACT and HIPAA, the US Intelligence Community continues to unduly deceptively influence the US and Global Population, through their infiltration and control over US corporate media outlets. Unsuspecting citizens around the world led to believe they can trust these intelligence operatives who possess control over the subject of National Security with their own ideas, fundraising mechanisms and interests of where the Deep National Security State should lead the population -- operating free from all checks and balances and the law itself within their rogue employment of one sub-Rosa transnational Fourth Reich Racketeering Influenced Corrupt Organization Deep National Security State Military Industrial Financial Intelligence Complex Cabal -- will lead to disastrous concequences without a critical 1% of the global population continuously employing various forms of enlightenment, to form a paradigm shift and alter the malevolent trajectory various sociopathic war profiteer criminals have initiated, with their primary focus having solely been based within greedy faculties of what will continue to enrich the Military Industrial Complex, vs. finding lasting peaceful solutions that would additionally solve the climate, energy crises as well as abject poverty on a global scale within one generation. We must decide to actively engage various forms of enlightenment vs. enabling passive stances in search of social media and entertainment, leading the afforementioned Cabal criminals to destroy civilization on Earth, the greater Universe, and the planet itself.

Tic Tac (built over Palmdale, CA, USA) are Secret Space Craft able to move really quickly through the water using a principle called supercavitation. This is where a bubble is basically created, preventing water molecules from hitting the craft, that would create friction and slow it down. Because of supercavitation, the craft is able to travel through the water at up to 500 miles an hour.
This is virtually identical to a patent released by the US Navy around 2018, detailing information of how this hybrid aerospace / underwater craft is able to basically generate an electromagnetic field in a cavity around the craft's house that's double hold. Therefore, between the outer hole and the inner hole, a cavity exists wherein microwaves bounce around, generating a quantum vacuum around the craft(s) and surrounding water molecules; and when in the air, air molecules; or while in space, plasma, etc. These particles are all moved out of the way, enabling the craft to move incredibly fast through the water, atmosphere, and space. This is why the Navy patent is called the "hybrid aerospace / underwater craft".
